Do you have hard-to-dispose of items like old paint, propane tanks, and left-over pesticides stored in your home? Get rid of these items for free at the next Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day, Saturday, February 12 from 9:00am until 1:00pm at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds.
Residents may bring up to five containers of household hazardous waste for recycling, reuse, or proper disposal. Containers can be defined as laundry baskets, copy paper box, or similar containers.
Although paint is accepted, small amounts can be disposed at home. Learn how to safely dispose of old paint at GwinnettH2o.com/GetInvolved.
