Former Atlanta office workers hunker down for the long, virtual haul

Some major metro Atlanta employers still aren’t offering projections for when most of their office employees will return to company buildings. Lots of staffers have been working from home since the pandemic took hold. And in recent weeks, several Georgia businesses have unveiled new measures to smooth out how and where employees do their jobs.

Prepare for Election Day

The General and Special Election will take place Tuesday, November 3 at your regular polling location from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Please note that if you are in line at 7:00pm, you will be allowed to vote.
There is no voting at the Voter Registrations and Elections Office on Election Day. To find your polling location or view a sample ballot, visit the Georgia Secretary of State’s My Voter Page.
Voters must return their voted Absentee/Advance by Mail ballot by Tuesday, November 3 at 7:00pm. Ballots can be delivered by mail or hand-delivered to the Voter Registrations and Elections Office, located at 455 Grayson Highway in Lawrenceville, or they may be dropped into one of the 23 secure ballot drop boxes located around the county. No postage is necessary if you use the ballot drop boxes.
Elections results will be available on the County’s website, GwinnettElections.com, after polls close on Election Day.
