Great Tree on display throughout the holiday season

Gwinnett’s Great Tree will light up the night through January 3 at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse. The nearly 40-foot Norway Spruce was transported from the North Carolina mountains and decorated by staff for the lighting tradition on Thanksgiving Day.
“This tree is important because it symbolizes the holiday season. It’s the 34th year and everyone starts getting excited about the holiday season,” said Parks and Recreation Manager Tina Pangle.

The Gwinnett Historic Courthouse is located at 185 West Crogan Street in Lawrenceville.
